Standard Individual License

Best for
Individual managers, supervisors, professionals, or other single purchasers using the material for their own reading, reflection, and personal professional development.

What it includes
Use by one purchaser only. Personal reading, reference, and reflection are included. Personal printing for individual use is permitted.

What it does not include
A standard individual purchase does not include team sharing, department-wide circulation, consultant reuse, reposting, resale, repackaging, or incorporation into internal training or paid client work.

Summary
The Standard Individual License permits use by one purchaser for personal professional use. Personal printing and individual reference are allowed. Redistribution, team sharing, reposting, resale, consultant reuse, and inclusion in training or facilitation settings are not included in a standard individual purchase.

Internal Team License

Best for
Managers, departments, HR partners, or internal facilitators who want to use a ManageHints™ resource within a defined group inside one organization.

What it includes
Use within one organization for a defined internal team, department, or group. Internal discussion, workshop use, and limited internal distribution may be included within the licensed scope.

What it does not include
An Internal Team License does not include use outside the licensed organization, transfer to clients or unrelated third parties, public posting, resale, or multi-company use unless expressly authorized.

Summary
The Internal Team License permits use of the licensed ManageHints™ material within one organization for a defined internal group. Internal distribution and use in internal discussion or workshop settings may be included within the licensed scope. External distribution, client use, resale, reposting, and reuse outside the licensed organization are not included unless expressly authorized.

Consultant / Professional Use License

Best for
Consultants, executive coaches, trainers, facilitators, or other professionals who want to use ManageHints™ materials in paid or recurring client-facing work.

What it includes
Use by one named consultant or professional in facilitation, coaching, training, or advisory settings, subject to the licensed scope.

What it does not include
This license does not transfer ownership of the material to the consultant or client. It does not include resale, reposting, white-labeling, rebranding, unrestricted duplication, or use beyond the licensed scope.

Summary
The Consultant / Professional Use License permits use by one named consultant, trainer, coach, or facilitator in professional client-facing engagements, subject to the scope of the purchased license. This license does not transfer ownership of the material to the consultant or client and does not permit resale, reposting, rebranding, unrestricted duplication, or use beyond the licensed scope unless expressly authorized.

Organizational / Custom License

Best for
Broader internal use across multiple teams, departments, cohorts, locations, or enterprise settings.

What it includes
Expanded internal use as defined in a separate written agreement. Depending on scope, this may include multi-team deployment, internal training use, workshop use, or broader structured organizational development.

What it does not include unless specifically granted
Public distribution, external resale, sublicensing, or any use beyond the agreed organizational scope.

Summary
The Organizational / Custom License is intended for broader internal deployment of ManageHints™ materials across multiple teams, departments, or organizational settings. Scope, permitted uses, distribution rights, and any special permissions are defined by separate written agreement. Any use not expressly included in that agreement remains reserved.

General Notes

ManageHints™ materials are educational resources. A standard purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying content.

Personal printing for individual use is generally fine. Broader copying, circulation, reposting, or reuse beyond the licensed scope is not included unless specifically authorized.

Brief quotation for limited reference may be acceptable, but reproducing substantial portions, repackaging the material, or incorporating it into other training or commercial content requires permission.
